As a Head of Marketing in digital world, I can assure you, with this blog which is I am sharing with you post a thorough research we have done ….yes “we” 7 more digital marketing professionals facilitated during the 45 days of this project working this time and we whooped 68 leading instant messengers from the world to “Demystify the World of Instant Messenger

Building the smartest “Instant Messenger” and then igniting the adoption to establishing its dominance is not easy… yeah but you are right it’s not impossible as well. Now how can you create the magic for your messengers , Here I am trying answering three questions for you :

 WhatsApp is leading with the largest subscriber base across the world does that mean that WhatsApp is the best or their costumer understanding is way beyond …. So I would say now loud and clear probably not, but yes they led the innovation in the industry and it has early bird advantages.

  • *       Innovative Features leading to market consolidation like “Hike direct” eating up apps like “Share IT”. Next hike is working to adapt “Cam scanner”
  • *      Features like voice mail, Call forwarding, Auto reply, timed reply in certain apps building exclusivity.
  • *      Major players building engagement with inclusion of other utility app like news, Timeline, chat rooms, games.
  • *    Personalisation features in apps amongst e.g. Personalised BG, Message Likes, and timelines amongst the most sorted out by second generation.
  • *    Emerging features like “Open Sticker Platform”, “Advanced image editing” gradually building interest.
